    Organizations across industries continue to experience talent shortages and rapidly evolving skill demands, making it more important than ever to develop effective and sustainable workforce strategies. Registered Apprenticeship offers a proven solution by blending structured classroom learning with paid, on‑the‑job training, allowing employers to build a skilled workforce tailored to their needs.     REFUND POLICY:  Once an event is booked, ASHRM is obligated to certain minimum fees (speaker, room, food, etc.) therefore refunds can only be offered if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.  However, if you are unable to attend, we would encourage you to send someone else in your place.  We can accommodate that up to time of meeting!  Thanks so much for your understanding!
